Mission was to plan, procure, build, test, inspect and ship electro-mechanical
optical based finished goods within company delivery expectations (same day/next
day shipments) in tandem with Sales and Customer (OEM) requirements.
Daily operational
instructions communicated to managers, supervisors and employees (approx. 75
employees) in the following groups:

and savings of $650K in scrap avoidance through EOL support and inclusion in
