As a Customer Service Representative I made outbound and received inbound calls from Motorists with outstanding tickets through the City of Chicago. With Various Motorists booted, towed, their driver’s license suspended, or they are currently being garnished or about to be garnished, I would outline  the requirements as allotted by the City, accept the necessary payment, and set the appropriate payment plans. At times I would also have to refer the motorists to one of many City Payment Centers for expedited handling. I would set up payment plans based on the guidelines set by the City of Chicago and research the system to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
