Assistant Operations Manager (2010-Present)
Responsible for assuring a safe, efficient, and timely train operation. Verify compliance with the rules by monitoring performance of employees on a continuing basis. Involved with customers and their service requirements on the territory and plan the operation of local trains to provide required on time service. Responsible for territory employee development, motivation, and training.

Yardmaster (2007-2010)
Responsible for all workers and trains inbounding and departing the yards. Ensure crews have necessary paper for departing with their assigned train. Coordinated the activities of workers involved in railroad traffic operations including inspection, train makeup/break up, and switching inbound/outbound trains to the required specifications.

Conductor (2004-2007)
Qualified with Operational Rules and also with characteristics of the Northeastern Corridor. Managed train freight activities. Maintained freight to reviewing shipping papers and work orders ensuring on-time customer service. Interfaced with engineer to discuss tasks to be completed. Completed workorders and reported any discrepancies with the Central Yard of Operations.
