Eagle
Creek is the largest organization in North America dedicated to Oracle/Siebel
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI)
implementations, upgrades, support and managed services. Grew the North East
practice from under $5M in annual sales in 2005 to over $25M in annual sales comprising
40% of the company’s revenue in 2010. Responsible for sales and service
delivery with both existing accounts and new accounts.
Business Development:
- Grew services revenue to over $25M in revenue
FY2010 from under $5M in FY2005
- Developed partnership with Oracle for gaming
technology resulting in a new line of business and proprietary gaming IP
for Eagle Creek.

Before being acquired by Eagle Creek Software
Services in 2005, Paradise Analytics Inc. (“PAI”) was a regional Siebel value
added reseller and regional implementation partner. PAI provided consulting
services and Siebel implementation analytics software for fortune 1000
companies. Left Siebel in 2001 to found the company.
Business Development:
- Grew business to over $4M annual revenue prior to
sale to Eagle Creek.
- Developed channel partnerships with industry
leading enterprise software companies including Siebel, Microsoft and
Oracle.
