Openhouse.com Redesign. Realogy owns Openhouse.com, which is the premier
online resource for open house information. The site was developed in 2005 and
underwent a redesign in late 2007. The redesign project was aimed at
introducing a new look and feel, along with extensive additional functionality
for both consumers and real estate professionals

Franchise Group
Realogy’s
suite of franchisee & internal applications is divided into ecosystems,
each managed by an Application Delivery Manager (ADM). The ecosystem is
responsible for all activities related to those applications, including
analysis, design, new development, & production support. Realogy’s
application delivery model includes both local resources and offshore vendors,
who provide the bulk of the development and quality assurance staff.
As an ADM, my responsibilities included:

CREST Reporting Environment Redesign. The goal of this project was to
convert over 120 Crystal
reports to a MS SQL Reporting 2005 platform, and make them available through an
application portal developed using MS Sharepoint Services (2003).

RFG Application Security Integration. Realogy uses Oracle’s Oblix
product to handle user authentication for both internal (e.g., employees,
consultants, and field staff) and external (i.e., brokers) users. This project
integrated Oblix’s authentication with MS SQL Reporting Services 2005, as well
as the Oracle financials installation

As a Temel Project Manager in a
matrix environment, I was involved with several concurrent projects for
multiple clients, drawing resources from disciplines such as Information
Architecture, Design, HTML production, Technical Development, and Quality
Assurance.
Responsibilities:

Coordinated development efforts designed to increase PROVIGIL’s brand
awareness, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine
Management (SEM), integration with Direct to Consumer and Direct to Physician
initiatives, and global reporting

Writing proposals, project estimation and assisting the Business Development
team on Sales calls by articulating the technical direction and abilities of
the company to prospective clients.

Managing multiple concurrent projects and proactively grew existing
accounts by increasing client’s trust through repeated project successes

In 2005, I managed several projects ($5M+ budget) for Cephalon, a
Biopharmaceutical company. The projects have primarily been website properties
that support marketing initiatives, such as:

e-detailing and convention websites) for both the PROVIGIL and GABITRIL brands.

In this role, I dealt with the various marketing partners, who focused
on Consumers, Healthcare Professionals, or PR. I have also participated in
several Medical/Legal/Regulatory reviews prior to deploying a web property. I
acted as the liaison between the technical department and the marketing teams,
ensuring that the infrastructure was ready for the load that will result from
achieving the marketing goals.
Other accomplishments at Temel
include:
·
Managing a 10 person team in the creation of a global content management
tool for Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH). This system allows LHH administrators to
select a site template as the basis for a new foreign-language site, select the
pages that will exist within that site, and then enter content for each page.
The system provides page- and site-level previews, an approval workflow, and
accommodates post-deployment changes. LHH is currently using this system to
create websites in over a dozen countries, in more than a dozen languages.

Managing the site redesign for All-State Legal, the leading service
provider for the legal industry. Implemented a complete redesign which
addressed a variety of usability and aesthetic concerns, while continuing its
tradition of providing clients with a robust interface within which they
managed their office supplies procurement process. The Temel team was comprised
of 8 resources covering every discipline from IA, to design and development,
through QA.

Managing a variety of initiatives for the Small Business Services (SBS)
division of ADP. The SBS marketing team was chartered with revamping the
website in order to better serve the needs of small business, while simultaneously
creating a new web property for Accountants, and upgrading a Product pricing
utility that fed leads to ADP’s sales force. In addition, I managed website
projects for Financial & Compliance, for whom we created an Event site as
well as a site that demonstrates their service offering, and the TaxCredit
division, for whom we created a site that demonstrates their integrated HR
management system, Odyssey.

Assisting in the site redesign process for Pitman, North
America ’s leading graphic arts supplier, who asked Temel to
evaluate its online offering. The project included a thorough usability
evaluation of Pitman.com, culminating in the creation of a new design and over
20 HTML templates which Pitman will use to create the new site. We also created
an online survey site which was used to solicit feedback from Pitman’s
customers.

Acting as the primary contact for recruitment efforts to fill technical,
programming, and IT admin roles. I wrote job descriptions, assisted in the
interview process, and managed consultant contracts.
