·         Assigned to 15M automated freezer distribution center for a pork processing expansion in central Iowa involving high-speed box sortation and conveyance, building-supported AS/RS rack storage system, unit palletization system, controls and WCS/WMS integration.

·         Conducted vendor presentations and qualification reviews with client resulting in selection and final procurement efforts with all system suppliers. Negotiated final subcontracts and purchase orders including strategic payment terms and conditions.
·         Developed and maintained master project schedule, deliverables register, operational and capital expense budgets, internal executive review meetings and stakeholder communications.

·         Contract assignment through Warehouse Equipment & Supply Co., Inc., for The CR Gibson Co., Distribution Center, Florence, AL to project manage initial start-up phase of facility with subsequent addition of high-speed shipping sortation system. Qualified & recommended associated vendors for the project. Oversaw all phases of installation and managed project resources, progress, completion timeframes, and budget.

Ø  Performed system audit & successfully reengineered and implemented 95% of clients equipment relocated from two existing facilities.
Ø  Maintained 19% projected overall profit margin for WESCO while realizing 18% labor reduction to clients packing and shipping processes.

·         Contract assignment throughWarehouse Equipment & Supply Co., Inc., for Dalmatian Press D.C., Muscle Shoals, AL to develop and implement an automated returns processing center, including medium speed sortation system to returns storage/batching areas. Managed project end-to-end with successful on time start-up.
·         Eight month contract assignment to The Minnesota Brewing Co., St. Paul, MN, for 2.2M facility expansion including new glass/PET bottling production line. Provided engineering support to convert initial concept layouts into actual physical plan. Recommended and directed packaging, palletizing, and filling equipment upgrades. Directly interfaced with system control group to communicate operational functions of all equipment and conveyors. Direct supervision of union mechanical and electrical trades contracted to perform installation.
