commercial roofing and waterproofing industry for 27 years. I have a very

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
· National Park System (Sandy Hook NJ): Completed 1.5 million
dollar project in 90 days during the winter months when the park was at limited
accesses by the public was given only 10 added working day to complete, a
$500,000.00 change order. For a total project cost of $2,000,000.00
· Two historic restorations on Roofing, lead coated metal
trims, gutters leaders, chimneys, custom wood working at soffit
copper barrel roofs
· One building was used by the Park for an outside deck
restaurant. Removed all pavers, roofing, and ¾”plywood on
a 4,000 sq. ft building. Replaced all plywood with
new TPO tapered roof systemreinstalled pavers. Did all this
work with inspections in 100 working days of 10 hour shifts.
