- Maintain knowledge of company
procedures and policies ensuring compliance from new and existing
employees.
- Promote a positive working environment
for all staff at store level.
- Manage key relationships with the
pharmacy manager, pharmacy personnel, department supervisors, vendors and
outside associates to meet company objectives.
- Control the stores finances including
but not limited to electronic register readings, daily cash reports, cash
over and short records, the store safe and bank.
- Responsible for providing
knowledgeable and concise information for the patient when scheduling
delivery of specialty medications.
- Assist in maintaining compliance of
the patient’s therapy. After 90 days promoted to the Point of Contact for
VIP clients in an effort to alleviate and identify problem areas when
scheduling specialty drugs delivered directly to the physicians’ office on
behalf of the patient.
- Responsible for scheduling, updating
and maintaining correct patient information, check in and out, verify
insurance and obtain authorizations. Responsible for general office duties
as needed.
