part of a global integration initiative.
Project scope included integration of two legacy SAP
systems, v3.1 and v4.6 into an existing ECC
v6.0 system. Project required managing
business process changes for the legacy teams into the existing system,
coordinating resources across four locations, data conversion planning, testing
and execution, management of system integration testing, enhancing existing
interfaces and tracking and reporting project status.

Performed as the Project Manager of a seven
month SAP upgrade project from R/3
v4.6 to ECC v6.0. Led the effort that delivered an on-time,
under budget result, with a low number of post go-live support issues. Utilized SAP
Solution Manager to manage scope, documentation management, test management and
test execution results.

(Document Management, Issue Management, Project Scope, Configuration,
