Manage the entire organizational development and employment functions for 600-employee state pension system.  Responsible for all aspects of learning and development: including managing a staff of four.  Created strategic model for leadership development, researched and implemented electronic recruiting system (Taleo) and learning management system (LMS).  Leadership development: Created an online Leadership Institute with blended learning components; including facilitation, establishing competencies, coaching and visioning to adapt the organizations’ Mission, Vision and Organizational Goal to the targeted organization change.  Lead organizational development efforts to support culture change to create a [rpcess centric culture of organizational effectiveness.  Lead employee survey development from inception to selecting consultant to analyze results.  360 Feedback Project Manager: responsible for development through implementation for all OPERS leadership.   Responsible for vendor selection and management: meeting contract and procurement internally policies.  Training facilitation, focus group management, assessment acquisition and development were additional responsibilities.   I have also been responsible for overseeing a $500k budget.  Responsible for working with business units on training interventions including pre and post assessments.
