Collaborated with clients and company
teams to architect, design, and develop credit card processing solutions for
global financial institutions.
- Served as a Lead Technical Analyst to
the VisionPlus financial
software suite. Analyzed new business requirements presented by client
banks, VISA and MasterCard and designed software solutions to provide this
enhanced functionality. Created the technical design documents that
allowed new client requirements to be implemented through software
modifications.
- Supervised teams of up to
ten local and offshore programmers responsible for the coding and testing
of software enhancements. These
teams were consistently able to bring in projects that were on or under
budget, on schedule, and free of defects.

coded, and tested two new methods of applying payments to customer
