1099 Tax Reporting System
  • Managed analysis, design, development, maintenance and implementation of the 1099 Tax Reporting system. Implementing new IRS regulations for the tax year. Coordinated efforts with development teams, ends users, paper vendors and print facilities.
  • Developed print methodologies utilizing the resources of 2 print sites that enhanced the delivery of mailings to our clients. 
  • Responsible for insuring the 1099s were in compliance with SEC and government regulations.
Private Wealth Management System
  • Managed the analysis, design, development, maintenance and implementation of the firm’s cash and asset management system developing a debit card / check process, an automated money market fund sweep system, as well as many online and batch applications supporting the operations staff in New York and the firm’s customer service centers in Utah and Florida.
  • Developed a money market sweep system interfacing with custodian banks and the firm’s brokerage system calculating fund activity and determining the fund trading instructions based on an account’s activity for one of the several money market funds available to the client as their choice of fund.
