Project Description: Projects assignments included working on two projects with compliance area and operation area. First project involved electronic filing of Currency Transaction report and suspicious activity report with Bank Secrecy Act, Financial Crime enforcement unit. I was involved in formulation of problem statement, planning and initiation of project and produced project charter. As part of this project, I was involved in vendor procurement, data analysis, and meeting with business areas to elicit requirements, redesign of department intranet page. The second assignment involved developing comprehensive online requests for auto insurance quote processing and property and casualty insurance processing.

Wisconsin Department of Revenue needed a system to improve revenue collection and gains efficiency with Business analytics. Data was spread out in multiple, isolated systems that slowed the collection of tax dollars owed to the state. The solution was to implement data warehouse solution based on SAS Business Analytics. The state has eliminated thousands of hours in tedious, manual data-matching activities and has implemented a collections prioritization system that is helping the state collect millions in tax revenue faster. The data warehouse solution gives IT the tools to be much more efficient and provides a framework for business users to access information without needing IT support.

Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for writing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and User Requirement Specification (URS).
