Project: Call Out Box Text Changes
-          Meet with primary stakeholder to determine the requirements of the text changes within the callout box (English and Spanish)
o   Exact text to be added/disregarded/revised

o   Letter types to be changed (new customer, existing customer adding services, new customer with additional service, business customer, etc)
