            About Organization
          
          National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), a constituent of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), is India's pre-eminent civil R&D establishment in aeronautics and allied disciplines. NAL was set up at Delhi in 1959 and moved to Bangalore in 1960.
          NAL is recognised as a centre for failure analysis and extends its support in investigating failures and accidents both for aerospace and other general facilities. Other major facilities at NAL include: the acoustic test facility, turbomachinery and combustion research facilities, Composite Structures Laboratory, black box readout systems and the FRP fabrication facility.

About NAL Project Involvement:
Details of Design Of Saras Composite Wings: SARAS is a twin turbo-prop multi-role aircraft with air taxi and commuter services as its primary roles. SARAS will have a seating capacity of up to 14 passengers in the high density version.. SARAS will be well-suited to fulfil a variety of other roles such as executive transport, light package carrier, remote sensing and aerial research service, coast guard, border patrol, air ambulance and other community services. Currently the SARAS aircraft has metal wing. With consideration of reducing the weight and faster production, the design and development of composite wing has been assigned to Advance Composite Division (ACD).
                   Where I was involved in Designing of Nose Box assembly as well as in MLG Door Assembly which involved modeling of Nose Box as well as MLG Door by Catia V5. And took drafting Of those drawing by Using AutoCAD.
Project Involved
Project Title: Shell Meshing Of Cradle.
 Team Size:4
Venu: SDS Pvt Limited, Bangalore
Description: In this project shell meshing of automobile compoment called cradle was done which was used for placement of suspension system of the vechicle.
Project Title: Hexa Mesh of Cramshaft.
Team Size: 4
Venu: SDS Pvt  Limited, Bangalore.
Description: In this project we have to do hexa meshing of camshaft whioch is an very important part of the engine where reciprocating of piston is converted in to rotary motion.

Project Details

B.E. 8th Sem: “ Automation of fueling And Pressurization of Kiran Mk-1 Fuel Tank”
Venue:              HAL, Bangalore
               The objective of our project is to remove conventional method of fueling and pressurization and reduce setting time. In additional to that provide safety to operator and reduce fatigue.

B.E. 6th  Sem:           “Seat Belt Detection System”
Venue:                      S.I.T.Tumkur.
             The objective of our project is to enforce the passenger to wear the seat belt for his 0r her own safety. In this project an additional circuit is provided. The Seat switch and seat belt sensor, it senses whether the passenger has worn the seat belt or not, until passenger’s seats and wear the seat belt the vehicle does not start, this is possible by providing ignition cut off.

Diploma:                   “Wheel Nut Remover And Tightening Mechanism”
Venue:                      VISSJ Govt Polytechnic, Bhadravathi.
            The aim of this project is to provide safety to the operator and that to at the low cost. In his project we have provided initial loosening and final tightening by worm and pinion gear mechanism.
