The system is built on the concept of OCR -Optical character recognition. This is designed and developed to manage the suppliers, stock and sales of magazines.  It maintains the client's database that holds information about 5000 different types of magazine.  Each magazine will be uniquely identified by a barcode.

        Project explains that:

         

              The system is built based on the requirement of the Andhra Pradesh agricultural 

              department to compare the various commodities prices which will be updated daily by the

              state marketing department. The reports generally classified into different types. They are

              Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports and Yearly Reports. The officer has to

              select the particulars like district name, market yard name, commodity name and the year,

              month and the date. It works like an Agricultural Decision Support System to know the 

              future hikes of the market.
