Description:
Pushthakalay is knowledge Repository System where you can share
the knowledge. The aim of this project is to automate the entire Library
Information System. User can upload the files to the Server and he can download
the important documents, white papers that are available in the organization
stores. The system also takes care of
suggestions on popular books and new titles to be purchased with the concept of
Voting. The System Allows Admin
to Update and Delete the information about the collections through easy
interfaces. It also allows the admin to send the notifications to the users and
to cleanup the database regularly using the cleanup process. user can search
for the available collections through search engine. It allows the user search
for the collections either by title/author/publishing/ISBN. User can also
perform advanced search where he can search using multiple conditions.
Dynamic Menu will be generated as the user logs into the system
depending upon the role and modules he can access. There are three types of
roles in the system Normal user, Admin,
Configure. The configurator can assign new modules or modify modules or delete
the modules for the particular role.

Description:
Loan Management System
is an integrated Smart Card based
software system exclusively designed and developed for Loan Management,
Financial Accounting. This is developed
for creating different Loans and Savings types of Accounts based on independent
user requirements. With full integration
into financial accounting, the user need not maintain separate accounting for
Members related and Financial Accounting related information. The system can generate daily cash & bank
books with consolidations of member receipts and payments, all this with the
help of defining the hierarchy for the organization such as Branch, Center,
Group and individual members. It tracks information about shares, share holders
and dividends. Data is captured onto hand
held terminal by using Smart Cards and ported on to the systems.
All branches
will upload the data in the form of XML files into the common repository, where
the scheduler is polling for the new files. As and when it encounters a new
file, it will be processed and database will be updated and file backed up to a
separate directory structure.
