ERP Package has two modules. Inventory Management is involved in
placement of orders and purchase of goods. With the number of products and the
supplier growing day by day they felt the need for computerization of their
stock status and dealings with their suppliers. The system maintains a database
of their goods and suppliers. Though most of their items do not have a specific
serial number, from the system they could track the items of each ‘receipt lot’ and at any given
instant they could know how many items of each specific goods receipt note are
there in their current stock. Purchase ordering, goods receipts and vital
Particulars of each goods receipt note, supplier- wise outstanding and
history of dealings with each specific supplier, monthly stock statement,
tracking of quotation issued to different supplier are the features of this
package. In Finance Management module the total accounts of the company
including payroll is done.
