Key Deliverables:

Operations Management
    Mapping clients’ requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with pre-set guidelines.
    Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximise customer satisfaction level.
    Manages the eAccess /Seibel Cases and resolves all ADP Client Issues and provides support to all the Major Accounts / National Accounts Client Service Centers.
    Resolve and/or troubleshoot all issues related to Client Services and provide complete solutions to enhance Client Satisfaction.

    Process cases in a timely manner to achieve agreed productivity and quality targets (as amended or notified from time to time) on all the tasks worked. When pre-authorized and requested, work additional hours to meet peak volumes.
    Demonstrate the ability to balance priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Remain up to date on the Process Updates and ensure 100% Quality
    Remain up to date on current and emerging technological trends, and communicate these trends as appropriate.
    Complete all required elements as outlined in the individual training and development plan.
