postoffice application of Royal Mail Group.This is the Call center application
which help the call

representative to store and retrieve the information about the customer for
their travel card and

which the call center representative reload the travel card.This application
consist of two modules.

The audit logging is done in such a way that once the CSR accesses the application, the activities like
Login passed or failed, Modification to user account, Modification to application settings, Action taken on payment summary page.
The captured audit information has to be queried to generate a report for the super user of the call centre application and to the post office report users.
The user asking for a report on the audit data logged will be able to filter the output of the report based on time period, user name of the CSR, events logged, PAN and transaction number.

This
system keeps track of all information starting from purchases from supplier. It
issues to the production department in centralized database on server .It is a
collection information (Supplier Information, Purchase Orders, Goods Inwards,
Issues to Sections..) and it will do the necessary postings to the relevant
data files automatically.
Because of the on-line updating at any point
of time the database will have exact information so that the system is in a
position to generate any type report starting from regular usage reports to MIS
reports as and when it needs.
The new system will help management to find
out stock position of various products, purchase status, Issues status and
consumption analysis, so that management can run this system effectively in
making decision while procurement of stocks to run production smoothly.
