Server roll-out
Provide video conference
support for 17 Polycom video endpoints at various hospitals and clinic’s.
This includes video bridge maintenance on the MGC+50 as well as remote
management and training for the administrators assigned to the locations.
Project Management roles: Provide PM for the roll out of Office
Communications Server 2007 on the Centura AD backbone. This includes
testing environments, migration from LCS 2005 as well as end-user pilots and
training. Work directly with the storage, server, network and desktop
team in getting all pieces of the project completed in a timely manor.
Provide PM in getting VSL (Video Sign Language) interpretation services going
in 5 major hospitals. This included contacting several vendors, testing
on the Centura network, live demonstrations for the Centura IT leadership team
and VP’s from Children’s Hospital to contract agreements and documentation and
training for end-users. Created roll out plan to migrate from the Polycom
MGC to Tandberg TMS system including expressway and desktop video cutover.

support for the EPA conference center. Conference set-up and tear-down
