I am interested in managerial position in an organisation. I recently graduated from IMT, Ghaziabad. I have done PGDM(Major-HR, Minor-Finance).

My courses in HR like Compensation and reward management, Training & Development, Performance Management,Competency Mapping, HR analytic etc. have given me a solid base upon which I plan to build my career. 

Along with it I have knowledge of  Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Statement Analysis etc.  I am good at business modeling and extracting relevant information from the data. I have good experience of using software and tools as I have done under graduation in Computer Science.Along with technical knowledge I have good HR skills. I have leadership quality and team management skills. I have good interpersonal skills.
