·          Legal Compliances and ensure documentation,
·          Taking Disciplinary Actions and Preparing  Misconduct Report
·          Updating Model Standing Orders time to time
·          Forming the Policies like Benevolent Fund Scheme, Employee of the Month Scheme
·          Implementation of SA8000 and Pass the Final Certifications Audit of SA8000
·          Preparation for the Surveillance audit of SA8000  
·          Imparting SA8000 Awareness and Audit handling training in Plants
·          Renewal of Factory License
·          Preparing and Maintaining the register and forms under labour Acts.
·          Making accident report for every month & its annual compliance

Absenteeism

·          Generating Absenteeism Report at recommended cycle using the Company Software
·          Cross-checking the absenteeism report and confirm the absentees
·          Taking disciplinary actions against absentees
·          Reduce absenteeism by counselling
·          Harmonize the manpower shortfall
·          Handling Domestic Hearing as a Management Representative
