Project Description

This system evolved to provide Internal lease (For House or Car) to employee. It is developed keeping in mind various companies. It has various phase of lease creation with agreement document as well as renewal facility.

Employee need to give an agreement document to leaser while going for lease ( Either car orHouse).

Voucher is created with minimum of one voucher per month to make it user friendly.

Project was developed in Developer 2000 with PL/SQL as primary language.

It involve customer from both Accounts as well as Human Resource domains for companies like

PRI, CEWE, Datagen Services, Hycron India , Secure Meters Limited etc.

Contribution:

I was prime responsible person for its designing & development with first level testing.

I made use of some new library files for handling PDF format file, online viewing ,edition of reports

as well as creation of PDF file format for agreement.

2	Job Work Module

Project Description

This system is developed to create a Job work process for business system with keeping in mind growing size of the company. In this system various phase is involve with different process such as Job contract, Inward receipt, Challan creation, and Invoice creation.

Any received material for a company can be sent for job work, if it is a raw material. There is a separate process for conversion of material type whether it is from general to raw or anything else.

Any raw material can further be sent for job work. When those material is received after passing from

various phase such as inward receipt for job worker, challan entry , invoice creation etc , a separate

GRN will be generated.

Customer such as Hycron Electronics & Hycron India is main user for this system.

Contribution:

I was primarily responsible for Inward receipt and Invoice creation process.

This process have link with Inventory & Sales module, so while developing this process one should have

proper knowledge of those module. So I was primarily responsible for functional linking of process with

Inventory & Sales module. Inward receipt of material to job worker , or rejection of material depending on

Srv flag along with  Invoice creation for receipt material when sent to manufacturer is done with proper

knowledge of Sales & Inventory process.

3	Voucher Creation & Disapproval Process

Project Description

Voucher creation process was developed to automatically create various kind of voucher. It involve  Normal transaction voucher creation as well as Service transaction voucher creation process.

Process include creation of any temporary voucher depend on nature of transaction. For each transaction one temporary voucher is created.

Temporary voucher will be converted into any of the following permanent Voucher  :- Sales , purchase, Journal , Bank or Cash voucher. , Once temporary voucher get approved by relevant person for its transaction authority. All voucher will include entries for transaction detail as well as all expense detail. All created voucher should maintain integrity with all other process such as Inventory & Sales. Once Voucher get approved, No detail of voucher can be edited, for edition of voucher one need to disapprove that permanent voucher from authorized person.

Contribution:

I was Sole responsible person for whole process development with first level testing.

All voucher get created depending on nature of voucher, as well as nature of expenses , so I have to find

out  nature of voucher before it is created through application process. I did it at application level. It was

a very good experience in itself. In case of voucher disapproval again integrity of voucher with all relevant

module need to maintain, so that no process crash-out happen. I did it with proper alpha testing

Training

Ø  Training on Computer hardware skills at PCS limited, Silvassa.

Ø  Training on functioning of BSNL landline services at BSNL limited, Ajmer.

A seminar was presented during my final year curriculum at Engineering College, Ajmer on Grid

Computing and Oracle 10g.
