I joined Ace Laboratories (P) Ltd. in 1983 as Accounts
and Administrative Manager. At that time the total strength of staff &
worker was just 15 people. Soon after joining the company, I started looking
after legal departments like Registrar of Companies (ROC), Provident Fund
(PF), ESI, Labour and Excise besides accounts with a total strength of almost
600 people. The company then went public in 1993 and I looked after share
department also in Mumbai, Delhi,
Kanpur and Madras.
When
company expanded its operation (with almost 1200 persons working at that time) in countries other than India making it a bi-national
company - Almost
all departments were taken care of by me viz…Accounts, Administration, Finance
(Main Deptts.) and ROC, PF, ESI & Excise etc. etc. The Co. then
turned Limited stretching its wings in Russia, Morrissey, Nepal and China
becoming a bio national Company. At this stage I was heading all these departments.

Then I worked for an Advertising
company called Adman Advertising (P) Ltd. from 1999 till 2003
as Director on board and from (A to
Z) finance to execution was being handled by me.

worked for a Advertising company called Adman Advertising (P) Ltd. from 1999
till 2003 as an overall in charge of the company. I got the honour of taking
this co. to Mumbai making it the first player there and also spreading out
its operation from TPP to making Ad films.The company then took me as
Director on board and from finance to execution was being handled by me.

Adman Advertising Private Ltd. was
into outdoor publicity especially Traffic Pedestals and 3rd largest advertisers in Delhi among 7 players. In Mumbai the co.
acquired position no. 1. The co. took strong decisions and from Traffic
Police Pedestals to Booths to hoardings to Bus shelters to making of Glow
sign board were all into its lap. The greatest achievement was making of Ad
films.

then purchased its own land in Alwar (Raj.) having a very ultra modern
section of Injection Manufacturing besides other units like Tablet, Syrup
etc. Also the co. purchased another unit for Bulk Drug manufacturing. The co.
opened another company in Nepal
namely, Ace Laboratories (Nepal)
Ltd. besides various projects in other fields like Timber and Ayurvedic
Medicines manufacturing in Jabalpur.
The co then turned into a bio national company.

wherein earlier I was working myself. I worked there till 1999.
Achievements:
When joined the company was a closely held private company. Over the period
of 16 years, the company has grown to a medium sixed industrial house with
joint venture in other countries and four manufacturing plants in India with an
annual turnover of 175crores. And me personally got the pride of being at
the uppermost level. |
