Inventory Management System for NewFebtech
Industries, Maharashtra, India.:
This project involved
Computerization of the warehouse where goods are stored and the movement of
goods in or out of warehouse is supported by appropriate documents.
It also provide sales detail for the invoicing done
through system. Inventory is managed by cross table updation as per the data
entry in the system. Existing data is loaded in the system through SQL loader.
User level security is provided for accessing different modules of the system
and menu options are enabled as per that security. Oracle reports are used for
generating different reports of inventory and other transactions details
through system.
Automation of AL-Nafay Engineering, Dammam:
The project has been build upon day today’s activity of the organization. Right from the employee details and his expense/payment (house rent, transport, entertainment etc) system allow to maintain customer data (Cash and Credit ) and daily transactions (including Invoicing) with customer. Also provide reports for creditors, expenses details, payment details etc.
Automation of IT Center in
King Faisal Universitry, Dammam Campus:
This system automates helpdesk activity, generating
trouble tickets for particular support engineers and maintaining records of his
duties in the organization. Security is provided for access of call status
update for Engineers. Also the system allows maintaining the inventory of PCs
and related peripherals in the university campus.
The internet lab usage can be entered in the system
with time stamp and related reports allow to view the lab usage for particular
period of time. Assigning of internet lab PC’s to particular student is taken
care by the system on student id basis.
Details are as below
1.
Time
Card Punching:
Every IT staff
logs into the system and with single mouse click system register his incoming
time in the university. Also while leaving, system register his out time in the
database with a single mouse click option.
Security is
provided for entering any other person’s in time and out time. Also for
updating or changing in and out time.
2.
Help
desk automation:
Generating
trouble ticket upon user’s call with time stamp. The ticket number’s first 6
digits indicate current date followed by the number which reset at every month
easing to understand how many tickets already processed in the current month.
Locations and telephone extensions of users in university campus are provided
in the database which can be selected with function key instead of typing while
entering trouble ticket.
Once the
call attended by assigned engineer, he can update his trouble ticket by putting
remarks. Security is provided in the system to allow engineers to update only
their own trouble tickets. Engineers can not update trouble ticket of
others.
3.
Automation
of Internet lab:
Once the student
comes in the lab and submit his ID card, system retries his name and college
detail and allot him a particular PC. When the next student comes system
allot him another PC. When the first student leaves the lab, system retracts
his PC and allot to the new comer.
4.
Automation
of Electronic library
System keeps
track of every student entering into the library and studying either on esat,
video tapes or CDROM. Student’s data is coming from the database by putting his
ID number.
System allows
checking which media a particular student used on a particular date.
5.
Inventory
Movement:
Any PC or
peripheral coming into the university campus or going out of the university can
be track by making entry in the inventory transfer module.
This allows
tracing the movement of inventory for a particular day or period of time. Items
movements can be traced by its serial numbers.
- Faculty Evaluation Form:
All students require to submit this form for all
professor’s/faculty teaching to them. This form describe the qualities on the
left and the level of that quality on the right side which can be selected by
radio button. Management can view the level of qualities and skills of
different teaching requirements mentioned in the form in graphical report view
for all the faculty working in the university.

Automation of Al-Osais Heavy Equipment Co.
Responsible
for developing & undertaking software projects as well as ORACLE 9i Database
Administration. Spearheading
since its inception by means of analysis and designing of applications
especially emphasizing core requirement of company programs understanding
company business model and then according to specification built in programs to
be suit to their organization with Standard Documentation. Giving due
priority to user friendly and it contains the feature like any ISO certified
company can boast of.
After studying the complete work flow a
system is developed for giving heavy equipment on rents with
drivers/operators/riggers assignment and following the mobilization and
demobilization of equipment. System allows entering job order while mobilization
of the equipment and assigning operator driver and rigger for day and night
shift.
Time sheet is provided for equipment as
well as for employees assigned on the equipment to calculate the actual hours
worked. This provides management to analyze the actual hours equipment is used
as well as the manpower with standard hours for a month or year provided by
date range.
System provides reports for available
equipments as well as deployed equipments, their location, number of days/hours
equipment is used on a particular location.
Expiry of equipment registration with
Aramco as well as Government can be enquired through the system. User can enter
the date range within which he want to see the expiry. Similarly expiry of
equipment operator’s license can be enquired through the system.
Payroll & HR for Dining Club Int.
Created payroll system for Dining club
international allowing to enter employees payments and deductions, providing
report of payments made for particular period (date range parameter passing).
System allows printing of pay slip showing details of payments and deductions
for the employee. Payment codes (basic, HRA, DA, etc) and deduction codes
(Personnel Loan, Telephone calls, etc) can be added as per the requirement.
HR system allows to enter details of
employee (Nationality, Age, qualification, Designation, Passport Number, ID
number, date of joining, etc). Report is provided for employee listing on the
basis of designation & nationality by passing the required parameter.
Computerized Deluxe computer Academy
After completing the course of computer
science from Deluxe computer Academy, a system is developed in DBASE which
allows to make new students entry (admission) detailing course he is taking,
fees he is paying either in installment or full payment, batch he has put in.
System allows checking the due dates
for student installment. Also it allows checking which subject’s practical or
theory presently going on or should be at a particular period of time, students
for that particular subjects and faculty name.
After successful completion of course,
students final certificate gets printed on the printer for the respective
course.
Hardware Skills:
Worked with Mascot computers, Bombay,
India as a customer support Eng for almost a year. Job responsibility include
assembling of PC’s (started with 386/486(SX/DX) till Pentium PCs) , installing
software’s, troubleshooting hardware (PCs, keyboard, dot matrix printers, data
switches, monitors) in-house as well as on site.
