working as Senior Sales Manager with a Real Estate broking firm. The job
involves buying/selling and renting of properties, discussions with clients
and providing services upto their complete satisfaction. Posting listings in
real sites viz. 99 acres, Magicbricks etc.

& Era) regarding registration/transfer of properties etc.

per my IT industry experience, I have handled several challenging assignments
in the organizations. Exceptional in product life cycle management by
accumulating the requirements, evaluating the market trends ensuring a
marketing strategy with abilities to generate innovative ideas and
integrating them into desired results. Up-to-date with changes in technology.

Real Estate
Presently indulged in property dealing and am
associated with the following activities:
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Confer with lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators
to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met
before closing dates.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently
sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Contact property owners and advertise
services to solicit property sales listings.
- Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the
best prevailing rates and terms.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are
seeking.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant
literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association
meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal
requirements and related matters.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers'
needs and financial resources.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses,
and participation in multiple listing services.
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of
transactions need to be negotiated.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and
disbursement of funds.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase
agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Display commercial and residential properties to clients and
explain their features.
- Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have
clear property titles.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property,
advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are
visiting.

- Created a more efficient filling system for the office. Reducing
admistrative duties and office time.
- Reduced error in Legal office documents.
- Closed deals worth over 15 Crore during last one year.
IT
Industry
- Following the process and forms of ISO27001 controls &
compliance and played an instrumental role in getting the org. certified
by ISO27001. For the Security awareness to users (I have been awarded
“Security Sally award” by the IT of Ericsson India Ltd.
- Assessing
threats & security issues, and compliance requirements with IT
operations.
- Incident
management lead for datacenter project of disaster recovery.
- Formulated policies & procedures pertaining to IT &
communication infrastructure and implemented for securing server client
environment.
- Advanced Backup device from Autoloader to Tape Library and
administered complaint management/IT inventory/remote/desktop
management.
- Effectively migrated Win2K to Win2K3, win 2K platform to win 2k3
successfully developed integrated helpdesk tool for providing assistance
of all IT related issues.
- Planned and provided complete IT Infrastructure setup with IT
services (Internet, Intranet & Engineering Applications, Email-services,
etc) to Delhi Office (L&T Boiler & Power), Patna and Chhapra
LNT-Railway projects sites by extending the Data Center connectivity.
