PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Project Title      Implementation of DCS in the dryer section of a paper plant

Description       The project deals with the controlling of process by Distributed Control System using PMD field controller. The project consists of two phases. The first phase comprises of building logics and graphics using PMD block builder and HMI Display builder software respectively. Logic building involves in programming for the required process and parameter condition as given by the customer. The second phase deals with the linking and loading of logics and graphics to the controller using Station software and thus the sub-section of the process in which excess amount of moisture is removed from the pulp to form paper is controlled by the project implemented.
