Project Name    :   FlexSpace Tool

Description       :  The project entitled “Flex Space Tool” is developed to give the solution for the seating allocation of the HP employees globally. This tool helps us to block the seats for the employees, or for the projects globally depending on the seat type. Once the seat has been blocked, it will be assigned to each of the employee based on the employee type. This Tool is a configurable system, which means that this is not specific to any building or floor but can be configured to any kind of office.

Roles and Responsibilities:  Followed the SDLC standard documents of HP –

                          i) System Requirement Specification document,

                          ii) Low Level Design Document,

                          iii) Followed the Coding standard of HP for JSP and Servlets

                          iv) Prepared the Test Case Documents for testing the project.

                          v) Every week prepared the Weekly status report, Minutes of meeting, Time Sheet

                               and reviewed by the mentors and team head..

Description      :  A full fledged online shopping which gets the orders from the customers and check for the credit card validity by using the Luhn’s formula and then send the confirmation mail to the customers. It also includes the Administration area where all the information present in the website can be easily updated and viewed. This project was selected by the MICROSOFT for the Student Project Expo conducted in Chennai and got the CERTIFICATE OF HONOUR from the Microsoft.

Roles & Responsibilities : Collected the required information needed for the project and developed the online shopping and implemented the Luhn’s formula into it for checking the credit card validity and finally submitted the documentation for the Microsoft.

Description       :  This project “E-Governance” is developed to help the Government to provide efficient services to the rural area peoples. In this, The Hospital employs doctors in rural areas as they analyze and treat panchayat residents. This method does away with patients from the rural areas having to travel all the way to a city for getting treatments. Patients feel better being examined in their own village. The Patient goes for an examination to the local doctor in the panchayat. This doctor is in contact via a voice and data connection with a doctor at the hospital for tropical medicine.  Thus, the panchayat resident or the rural area people can get the benefits of being treated by both a local doctor and a hospital specialist. So, the government can provide efficient services to the rural area people.

Roles & Responsibilities  :  I guided my juniors to develop this project by collecting the necessary information from the internet regarding the e-Governance and also the hospital information from the open source code.
