KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Induction:

·          Joining Formalities and providing New Joiners’ kit
·          Giving overview of the company.
·          Introducing new joiners to the facilities department.
·          Making the new joiners aware of the discipline and code of conduct to be followed.
·          Resolving the new joiners’ queries and doubts.

Recruitment:

·          Maintaining database of all positions - open positions & closed positions.
·          Liasoning with recruitment portals (like Naukri.com, Shine.com and others).
·          Coordinating with various placement agencies / consultants.
·          Screening Resumes.
·          Taking Telephonic interviews.
·          Conducting aptitude test.
·          Taking the first round of Interview.
·          Coordinating for final Interview.

Coordination with Employees:

·          Maintaining Employee Personal Files.
·          Referral checks for New Joiners / Pre-Employee Medical check up.
·          Preparing Various Communication letters like Confirmation, Promotion, Level Change, Experience, etc.

Man Power Planning:

Exit Formalities:

·          Maintain and update various databases after exit such as leave, employees, exit, etc.
·          Coordinate with employees for conducting the exit interview and fulfilling exit formalities like PF withdrawal Form, exit form, SSN form, etc.

Manpower Outsourcing:

·          Day to day employee queries
·          IR Issues of Lanco (Pipeline and Toyo)sites at Paradeep,Tirtol and Cuttack.
·          Preparation of salary and salary disbursement.
·          Maintaining all registers under contract labour act(Central)

HUMAN RESOURCE / MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM:

·          Preparing monthly head count report and monthly salary budget.(salaried,temp staffs and outsourced emp.)
·     Maintaining of employee database,leave status of employees, absenteeism report, late coming report, exit report,
·          Summary of salary / wages.

Performance Management System:

·          Design forms for the Appraisals.
·          Evaluate Probationers’ Performance Management System.
·          Design & implementation of feedback mechanisms.
·          Coordination with Trainers’ cell.
·          Implementation of training plan, in house training modules.
·          Coordinate and assist in conducting Tests and Training.
·          Database Maintenance & Support Functions.
·          Quality control of HRIS.

Payroll:

·       Updating the Attendance Input for the staff members working at site /regional office every  month by recording the Leave availed by them  in the system.
·      Providing Salary inputs in terms of Loss of Pay (LOP) , Leave Encashment, LTA claims to Payroll team
·          Giving various inputs to payroll processing
·          Collating various necessary details from different teams.
·       Support and resolve incoming queries regarding payroll related issues such as terminations, leaves of absences, timekeeping adjustments etc.
·     Maintain and update various databases like recovery, holiday working, advances, probationers’ confirmation details, new joiners’ info, exits info, etc.
·          Distribution of salary slip and salary structure.
·          Responsible for all salary related issues and revisions
·          FNF settlements process of Exits.
·          Compensation redesigns process.
·          Coordination with banks for salary transfer.

Leave Management:

·          Maintaining the employee time sheets and leave records
·    Leave balance reports and leave encashment reports are the inputs sent across for payroll processing
·          Leave editing, deleting and approvals are carried out
·          Responsible for all leave related queries
·         Leave encashment and other specific payments like severance payments are made during the final settlements of an employee which is again handled by me

Generalist:

·          Maintaining of HR Budget & HR Reports(onroll,temp. staff & outsourced)
·          Compensation Survey.
·          Calculation of Compensation.
        ·          Interfacing with Head of Department (Human Resources) for implementing HR Policies.
