EINC in Delhi is primary advisory to chief of Army, Navy, Air force and Ministry Of Defence in subjects related to Design Development and Implementation of Engineering Project. It gets all engineering service information from the lower levels like Command, Zone, CWE, GE, and AGE. The requirement is to automate their process like DGWorks, personnel and finance. The entire project has been developed using Oracle 8i as Back end
