GWAY
IMPEX is a division of GWAY Technologies. The main objective is to implement
Sales Force Automation for the sales persons to carry out effective sales
processes. The Application will help
sales persons in tracking opportunity till the closure stage, effective use of
forecasting by account managers and Business managers.
We
have already implemented Siebel SFA for GWAY IMPEX and the current project is a
rebuild for the same with new enhancement requests incorporated and developed
in Siebel 7.0.3
In this project we have
analyzed the business requirements of GWAY IMPEX with respect to the existing
system, designed the new system, tested and implementing at the client site.
A
team of four members is involved in development of this system from Offshore
and 2 people from onsite to coordinate with the user, I am a part of the offshore team for GWAY
IMPEX Siebel 7 Implementation since Jan 2005.

As a member of the designing, development and testing team, the
responsibilities are understanding the present business system, requirement
study, preparing the system specifications, and system design, testing.

Microsoft (PC) and Net Motion (IP Mobility) to enable seamless deployment of
best-of-class wireless solutions across the customer landscape.
HCLT is working based on “On Demand” methodology using an Onsite-Offshore
work-sharing model. Now there is requirement from Client to automate Sales and
Marketing of Itronix by implementing the Siebel Sales and Marketing modules. We
are part of the offshore testing team for Itronix Marketing Module.
The Marketing
Module is being designed to enable and automate the various Marketing processes
at Itronix. It is intended to provide a centralized repository for timely and
accurate marketing information. In
this project we have analyzed the business requirements of Itronix, identified
gaps with the business process and the Siebel CRM applications, designed new
system was tested and implemented successfully at the client site. All
enhancement requests are also being handled on demand in order for the client satisfaction.

The
project provides the entire needs of HR Department of organization. The details
of the candidates are entered into the system. The system provides an auto screening
where the screening is done depending on the skill set required by the job
provider. The selected candidates will be called for a written test, where the
question paper is generated by the system and a print of it is given to the
candidate, which is manually evaluated. The marks secured are entered to a
system for the selection process undergoes depending on the marks scored. The
system provides a user friendly GUI and makes the selection process easier.
