This project plays major role in most of the industries nowadays like
petrochemical, cement and sugar & process industries. The main objective of this project is
collecting the data’s and manipulating it and provides effective, meaningful,
human communication along with fastest speed. This provides individual
measurement zooming and controlling without disturbing other channel data
acquiring. Automatic channel failure Systems are available called channel redundancy that provides non-failure
operation of the process which in turn increases the on - line, optimum failure
and safe operation. We have to design this project with advanced Artificial
Intelligence Control to identify the failures of transducers and sensors. By
using advanced linear electronic components we are going to achieve the above
with VB6 Software. We are going to do animations and annunciations which are
must for any process industries to identify problematic areas and
removes/replaces at fastest speed. We are going to record the variables of the
process area for future diagnostic purpose for continuous failures and to
provide trouble free operation.
Globalization requires compatibility on networking.
A state
of embedded controller technology will be much suitable to achieve SCADA
function in all instrumentation environments. In this project PIC embedded
micro controller of flash technology will be employed to achieve double free
function of SCADA.
