  • Preparing Monthly Financial statement & Analyzing Balance sheet & Profit & Loss.
  • Work related with Income-Tax Assessments & Excise, Custom & Service Tax.
  • Preparation of Fixed Assets details & Capitalize value of Assets. .
  • Ensuring Compliances with Accounting Standards and Statutory compliances of Income Tax Act & Company Act.
  • Liaising with Internal & Statutory Auditor.
  • Monthly check Excise related Record.
  • Managing TDS compliances & Filling of TDS returns.
  • Handle All Import & Export Related Work & Dealing With C.H.A.
  •  Visit of Branch Office for checking all transaction as per requirement. 
  • Check Sales Tax (Vat) Return on monthly basis.
  • Managing Service Tax compliances & Check Service Tax Return.
  • Prepare Stock Statement on monthly basis & make Quarterly Progress Report for Bank, Handle Bank Auditors.
  • Interacting with Bank on various issues and resolved them.
  • Handle All Corresponded With Government Department & Income Tax Department.
  • Reports to Management related Daily Bank Balances, Remittance of fund, Cash Flow Forecast.
  • Monitoring and guiding the team for completion of Bank Reconciliation.
