Project Description:
CitiDirect Card
Management System (CCMS) is a web-based application for card management that
provides Internet access to Citibank commercial card customers. It allows authorizing officials and program
coordinators to administer their commercial Visa and MasterCard cards used for
business-to-business purchases.
Functionality includes creating new cards, modifying existing cards,
limits setting and exception reporting.
Moreover, CCMS allows Cardholders to view
their statements and associated transactions.
Users can also assign allocation codes (accounting codes) to transaction
and line items that are subsequently downloaded into the customer’s General
Ledger (G/L) system. CCMS caters to top corporate and government agencies in
the United States
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Citiexport utility uses a stored procedure to retrieve unprocessed PMR
request records from database and then generates a flat file. The flat file

The UserID Setup utility is used to create
new non-cardholder users in CCMS databases.
The UserID setup utility allows the operator to select a corporate
database and an Excel spreadsheet (which contains the new user information for
the corporation in question). Once this selection has been made, the utility
proceeds to add the new users specified in the Excel spreadsheet to the
corporation’s database.
