q  Manage 6-member Hosting Services - Facilities team for all data center BAU activities.
q  Set yearly team goals, and completion of individual performance reviews.

q  Subject matter expert for configuration, monitoring and structural modifications to the data center. This includes all third party vendor applications for environmental, power, and safety systems.

q  Implementation and management of ITIL for Incident, Problem, Capacity, and Change via Remedy ticketing system.

q  Build Win2k3 and Win2k8 operating system on Dell PE2850, PE2950, PE6850, R900, Blade technology, and VMware including disk array configuration.
