Review of my resume will confirm that I am currently working as a Staff Performance Manager or SPM in the manufacturing division (ResourceMFG) of my company, Employbridge.
As the SPM I manage anywhere between 105-230 employees depending on the time of year. I facilitate and coordinate my client’s employment needs as well as staffing for other clients in and around the Knoxville area. My position demands patience, excellent verbal and written skills, being discrete through the protecting of confidential information, in addition to the constant ability to multitask. I meet deadlines regularly when a client is in urgent need of skilled employees, often with only a days notice given.
This position requires me to deal with the surrounding public to recruit, screen, and hire individuals. I participate in local job fairs throughout the year working with the public to ensure my company is actively developing its image and reaching every potential candidate possible. Ultimately, my daily responsibilities consist of a variety of roles as I interview, hire, take on special client projects, write along with revise policies and ensure proper Human Resource legal management practices are carried out.
