Purpose: |
To supervise the operation of assigned Restaurants
or Events/Banquets by implementing strategies and services which meet the
needs of owners, employees and guests. |
||
Areas of
Responsibility: |

Assisting the
Manager in all phases of the operations as well as administration and assumes
complete responsibility for the in his absence.
·
To provide
overall floor supervision for all employees.
·
Ensuring that
all employees complies with company's policies and procedures concerning
Uniforms, Safety, Personal hygiene & Guest relations.
·
Implementing and
conducting the training of all employees to the highest standards in Customer
service, and Sanitation requirements.
·
Continually be
aware of departmental needs as they relate to production and staffing.
·
Forecasting
workloads and checks work
s.
·
Review
performance with Department Head on an annual basis.
·
Keep employees
informed about hotel policies and changes.
·
Managing and
controlling overall expenses of the outlets focusing on higher revenue and
profit.
·
To be proficient
with excellent computer skills, proficient with Excel and Word perfect.
·
To budget and
control expenses.
·
Creating 100%
guest satisfaction by providing Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and by
exceeding guest expectations.

Responsible for
on the job training and orientation of all new employees.

Ensures proper
grooming, hygiene and prompt attendance of all employees as per rosters and
counsel as and when required.
