This is an automated form of manual
call tracking system where in the queries regarding software, hardware,
database, network are posted to the company via. Internet and all the queries
are collected into the database. The support person checks in the database and
assigns the problem of his interest and works on. The status of the problem is
updated time-to-time. The customers send the queries from their respective login
and from that they can send their queries and can view the solutions posted by
the company. And for the employees there is a separate login page where the
employee has to enter there id, password and category. Depending upon the
category the respective pages are displayed, for the super manager category he
is having privileges to add, modify and delete the employees as well as the
customers.
