Project Undertaken

Project1         :Touch screen with LCD Display Team size     :5 Platform        :C++ Duration        :5 months Tools used     :Winrun Description:    Now-a-Days readymade touch-screens are available with the screen already attached to the LCD module. In                          this project we have tried to interface the touch screen and the LCD module separately and we have been                          successful in this. The touch-screen used is the resistive type. This gives different resistance values for every                         point on the screen. This value is given to the ADC input, which converts it into digital value. The micro                        controller used is the 80C52. This has got the inbuilt ADC in it. The LCD module used is 24011s, which has                        120 X 128 dots.
