Travco group companies consolidation and centralization

It was a big project which include more than 60 company and about 1200 Employee

The challenge was to consolidate all of this companies coming from everywhere in Egypt (mainly from Zamalek) to Single building and by unified Systems, Policies, in one Data center and in a short time.

There were a lot of Applications, Databases, Authentication providers, huge amount of data, and no thing is standard in the IT

I Did It My Self without any outsourcing support in a short time and without any mistakes 

Now Travco Group has Single Domain (MS - AD) , Singe File Server , Data Base server ( serve many Kind of applications )  , unified policies  , Help desk Team (which was a single IT man in every sit it becomes Help desk Team now  )

I unified everything to be deployed to the 1200 or more employee in the 60 companies and now it looks like one company.

Consolidate Sharm el Sheikh Area and Hurghada Area In the same forest
Aswan, Luxor and Syria are also consolidated into the same Domain.

the problems was takes a lot of time and the team can only assemble about 40 pcs daily and the target was 110 or more

I was the team manager and make it easy by using software (Diagnostic, Benchmarks, Maintenance) Which was a new trend in Egypt to whom who have only the experience of computers maintenance

I create a Quality control team to assure the quality

I was focus in technical support skills improvement by the simplest way (Knowledge’s share) between me and the team members and it saves a lot of time because there was no time for training or courses

By these procedures BetterBusiness becomes the 1st company and target more than 100 pcs
