  • Restructuring of Compensation as per Minimum wages act applicable to   Pharma industry.
  • Ensuring compliance under the Maternity Benefit Act & Apprenticeship Act.
  • Compliance of ESIC, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour Act.
  • Maintaining HRIS for 241 employees.
  • To follow up on issues related to workers’ compensation, liabilities, claims and benefits.
  • Assisting and co ordinating Manager for Liaisoning with labour department and other statutory formalities.

       Exit Process:-
·         Exit Process includes taking exit interviews and trying to figure out is there anything that can be done to retain the employee.
·         Separation includes full and final settlement, providing employees with relieving and experience certificate.

        Administration:- 
  • Handling Admin related activity at plant level.
  • Vendor management.
  • Handling Admin Activity like checking bills, preparing Cess records etc.
  • Supervising activities of Change Rooms.
  • Conducting Safety Meetings and Rounds
  • Coordinating with Payroll for Full and Final Settlement.

               Other Activity:-
·         Preparing Job Description and finding out competencies required for each position.
