Senior Reservoir Consultant responsible for economic reserves evaluation reports using PHDWin and ARIES economics evaluation software programs.  Reserves evaluation reports are for submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission, banks, IRS and other lending parties.  Evaluate and recommend developmental wells in established reservoirs.  Evaluate economics of exploratory wells.  Review and analyze oil and gas lease offers, mineral ownership documents and Division Orders.  Geographical areas of work extend from California to Mississippi, but are primarily in Oklahoma and Texas, including the Barnett Shale.

1994 to 2005*             GZA GeoEnvironmental. Inc., Newton Upper Falls, Massachusetts
Consulting Environmental Engineer in remediation design group.  Responsible for writing remediation feasibility studies and proposals; designing groundwater and soil remediation systems; compliance with environmental regulations; conducting soil bio-remediation and wastewater treatment studies; writing technical specifications for remedial systems; drilling and installation of groundwater monitoring wells; groundwater well monitoring and surveying.
*I resigned my position in November 2005, and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to help my mother care for my father who was dying of cancer.  I began work with H.J. Gruy and Associates, Inc. in November 2006.

Instructor for environmental lab course; presented lectures on anaerobic bacteria water treatment and various other subjects in environmental engineering.
Research Assistant:  academic course work and research on treatability of toxic organic wastes using anaerobic bacteria cultures.  Worked on acetate and propionate enrichment anaerobic cultures and sulfate reducing bacteria cultures in serum bottle studies, upflow anaerobic columns and continuously stirred reactors.

Attorney: legal research, drafted pleadings and provided litigation support in “take or pay” gas pipeline litigation representing natural gas producers against natural gas pipeline companies.  Represented the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC - now the Resolution Trust Corporation - RTC) in foreclosures, debt collection suits and Director and Officer suits.  Legal research in environmental regulation and general litigation matters.

1982 - 1987                 Anadarko Production Co. and Kaiser Energy, Inc. , Denver, Colorado
Staff Reservoir Engineer for Anadarko with responsibilities in reservoir engineering and for design, analysis and implementation of secondary oil recovery units, including expert witness testimony before State Corporation Commissions and drafting of legal optimization of oil and gas production, reservoir engineering and unitization matters in the state of Kansas.
Staff Petroleum Engineer for Kaiser Energy with responsibilities in production and reservoir engineering, management of field operations, drilling and recompletion of oil and gas wells in Colorado and Wyoming.




1977 - 1982                 Conoco, Inc., New Orleans, Louisiana

Senior Reservoir and Production Engineer:  responsibilities included : reservoir performance and reserves estimation; secondary recovery project design; production engineering for 200-250 oil and gas wells, including drilling and completion of wells, well recompletions, well bore stimulation, sand control techniques and gas lift design.

Production Engineer:  responsible for reserves evaluation, process design, drilling operations, reservoir computer modeling and well performance studies.

INFORMATION:      My wife, Sara, is a television producer specializing in health and medicine.  We have three grown children.  Jennifer lives in Chicago with her husband  who is an orthopedic surgeon.  They have two children.  
                                    Nathan and Martin live in Dallas. Martin is a pro golfer on the PGA                                                                        
                                    Tour.  He is married to a pro golfer on the LPGA Tour.  Nathan is a  
                                    marketing director for the largest healthcare staffing firm in U.S.
                                    My father was an oil executive with Schlumberger in Paris,                                                                                                                            France, Germany, Indonesia, Iran and Dubai.  Much of my family lives           in Tulsa,
