e-commerce orders, phone orders, etc. into the POS returns database and enable
returns at the store. The result is
reduced return shipping costs and increased customer satisfaction. This modification was chosen to become part
of the base Returns Management product.

accept “Multiple Returns”, whereby the POS system can now support more than one
