Analyzed information needs and
functional requirements from the state and internal customers and delivered
concise detailed system design documentation for functional use cases, user
interface screens, letters, reports and ancillary system interfaces; oversaw
the design and development, demanding quality performance from the off shore
team of developers; responsible for project plan and proposal when the
customer introduced a large change in scope.
