- Over 15 years of experience with design, test, analysis
and troubleshooting of instrument control systems for: motion (servo control systems...),
vacuum, flow, level, temperature, pressure, consistence, thickness, moisture,
conductive, pH, compressors, pumps, etc. Development, evaluation and
optimization of computer based systems and microcontroller based systems.
Experience with: electromechanical systems, electro
optical (laser), infrared, acoustic and radiation based imaging
instrumentation (measurement) systems.
- Design of controllers (PWM),
sensor interfacing, PC based distributed control
systems, digital logic and I/O subsystems. Design of electrical systems
and system interlocks. Creation and documenting of electrical schematics
and cable harnesses (wires) using industrial specifications and safety
standards. Engineering experience in transducer and measurement device
fields, closed-loops control, cascade control and logic design. Knowledge
of manufacturing process tools and integrated tools automation.

Development and test of the circuit and layout of Interface Printed
Circuit Board. Communications circuits development with RS232 and RS422.

- Design of the
wire and harness. Circuit design, electrical testing and
verification. Use of schematic capture and debugging of digital circuitry.
Review and modification of documentation. Electronic part selection and
data sheet review for meeting specified requirements. Use of oscilloscope
and Multi-meter.
- Design of control
systems. Invent and implement advanced
control systems design technique to improve the performance, operability,
and reliability. Consider devise control
and protection schemes to guard against sensor, actuator, and component
failures. Perform system-level control analysis to understand design space
and ensure that product requirements are met or exceeded.
- Devise testing strategies and
complete simulation verification of the product. Conduct field tests for
technology proofs-of-concept and final validation of instrument and
control system solutions. Document
controls designs and define how the product's transactional variation will
be addressed.
- Design of control
systems. Provide technical information to the others working on a project
to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes,
specifications, and design instruction. Trouble-shoots engineering related
installation problems and work with the client or owner regarding the
project process.
- Designing,
implementing, maintaining, and improving electrical instruments,
equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for Company
projects. Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and
equipment to perform engineering tasks.
- Project responsibility for factory automation - robotic
control systems. Design of System interfaces for "Front end
system" for the controller, sensors, robotic, etc, using Orcad.
Design of Pressure control system - cascade control for "Front end
system" - clean environment. Circuit design using Orcad, PC board,
controller programming. FPGA design using Verilog.
- Specify appropriate electrical control and interface
hardware, as well as, wiring diagrams, wire list, schematics, cable and
harnesses in support of overall system development. Responsible for system
safety issues. Design and implementation of specific electric harnesses
for servo controlled devices, I/O PC interfaces, electro-mechanical device
fixtures and systems. Responsible for PCB design.

multimeter, oscilloscopes and function generators; Digital and Analog PCB
circuitry, PLC, Data acquisition, Controllers and transmitters;
Electronics: transmitters, gauges, sensors, and converters; Relay operated
controls, thermocouples, RTD, switches, control valves; Pneumatics:
controllers, regulators, transmitters, control valves, gauges, sensors,
and transducers.
