Handled an average of 950 work orders per year; played key role in ensuring smooth operation of LAN/WAN during a period which saw total district system expand from 1,000 to 1,700 nodes. Extensive customer interface; worked closely with school principals and department heads regarding current and future LAN/software needs, as well as in coordinating individual projects to minimize interference with educational activities. Implemented Cisco wireless Aironet access points at four locations, and installed and/or upgraded numerous server- and network-based applications, as well as up to 500 new workstations per year.
