Engineering and Lead Mechanical Engineer. Forecast and manage field
mechanical engineering activities. Manage, supervise and generate material
requisitions for purchase and /or fabrication of replacement materials lost
during the course of construction and pre-commissioning, for replacement of
wrongly fabricated structural parts and for the supply of parts not delivered
to site for Conveyors, Granulators, Stacker/Reclaimers and Shiploaders.
Manage and supervise the preparation and issuance of the Site Instruction to
complete construction and pre-commissioning work. Plan, schedule and lead

for the preparation of equipment requisition package to obtain firm pricing
for project estimates. Perform technical bids evaluation. Equipment involves
belt conveyors rated at 3600 tons per hour; sulfur solidification system,
each rated for 50 tons per hour, and other related utilities equipment such
as package electric steam boiler, electric water heater, pumps and air
compressors.

equipment layout for the new high-speed bottle line and can line filling and
packaging. The new filling lines are rated at 1600 bottles/cans per minute.
Prepared demolition drawings of the existing beer filling and packaging

Waste Treatment Unit: Prepared specifications for rotating equipment

and tandem mill mechanical equipment and piping at the U.S. Steel-POSCO
facilities in Pittsburg, CA. Equipment
included a five-stand, six-roll-high cold mill, deflector units, steering
units, bridle unit, shapemeter unit, flying shear, product coil
carrousel/tension reel, walking beam conveyors, inspection reels, coil
bander, and material handling equipment.
Piping includes services in hydraulic, pneumatic, hydrostatic,
lubrication, valve manifolds, roll coolant system and fire protection system.
Contributed to the preparation of fire damage assessment report and
reconstruction estimate. Monitored progress of re-building the plant.
Reviewed labor and materials invoices. Coordinated mechanical/piping

WV: Coordinated mechanical equipment, including stand-by diesel

air receiver, oil/water separator and filters. Designed ductwork to utilize
heat generated by air compressor to heat the compressor building in the
