SUMMARY
The extensive experience I have received in the last fifteen years consists of Customer Service/Sales/Estimator/Production Manager and General Manager for auto body facilities with annual gross sales in the range of 2.4M. The ongoing training and support which I have received in management, staff management, production management, customer service, sales, profitable estimating, and insurance DRP estimating have served well and also given me solid and strategic methods for closing any sale and managing any size staff and being tied for first place in monthly sales month by month, shows that I like a good challenge. Currently as of today, I hold a company record for individual monthly gross sales of $178,000 (average repair $1800) while retaining 89% of the estimates and finishing out the month at 100% CSI. (per CSI Complete, Inc.) My Customer Service Inquiries have been at a consistent 100% for the past twelve consecutive months proving I am very committed to my customers and very well organized. Working with twenty-three direct repair insurance programs, my quarterly expectations for our insurance partners are greatly exceeded.

Insurance Program Representative responsible for handling claims for Farmers Insurance C.O.D., Met Life DRP, Allied Insurance DRP, as well as all customer pay files. Position focused more Closing the Sale and following all DRP guidelines precisely.

Have recently closed 8K-10K in fees just off of referral business. Set up appraisals, title work and process some of the loans stipulations and conditions. Attend closings and ask for more referral business.

I attended and participated in American Summits 8 week "World Class" Loan Officer Training Program. Was strictly trained on Mortgage Terms, Loan Calculator, reading a Credit Report, creating and writing a Credit Explanation Statement, Conforming and Non-Conforming loans, Rate Sheets, filling out Forms, Closings, Tele-loan calls, Marketing, the importance Working in a Team, Organization, Initiative, Time management, Tenacity, Discipline, Attitude, Goal Setting, and much more. For Landmark Mortgage I worked up leads and programs for Conforming and Non-Conforming clients, set the appointments, and met with the clients right in there own home, closed the deals, and collected the docs. I consistently retained an average of 80% of the leads, with monthly sales on an average of $650K, and between 15k & 20k in origination fees.

Receiver/Team Leader Target Distribution Center 1990-1996
Worked in all various departments from shipping to receiving. Sorter Operator, operate fork lifts, clamp trucks, slips, Tug Goat, Picker, etc. Load/unload trailers take inventory, data entry and eventually worked as Team Leader. Helped others with training issues and department issues. I was also a member of the Safety Committee.
