Release 2 project were for summarizing key data within the ADW environment on a
regular basis. Customer’s spending behavior was summarized at both store and
web in customer/guest level call GIF (Guest information File), and in another
project called DPS, Summarization was done in item level. This summarized data
were made available to key Target.com business groups such as Guest
Relationship Analytics (GRA), Campaign Execution, and Business Reporting. COA
is front end tool that helps to summarize item level summarization for campaign
which reflects in DPS in backend.ODS infrastructure was built to serve
primarily as the source of record for real-time guest contact information to
other applications.
Responsibilities:
·Facilitated JAD sessions, documentation review, interviews and systems
analysis
·Elicited, analyzed, documented and managed requirements for both new
systems and maintenance of existing systems that form the underlying the
strategy.
·Defined and implement the requirements management process and procedures.
